Managers as mediator (8 hours)

      To train management and key staff to have specific mediation skills and managerial tools for successfully preventing, managing, and resolving workplace conflicts. Managers will learn different kinds of workplace conflict, calculating the cost of conflict, detecting conflict before they strike, and practice to be managerial mediator.


The self as mediator (8 hours)

        To train employees self- mediation skill for resolving conflict between themselves and their co-workers. Your employees will learn to analyze conflict, different methods of resolving conflict and practice to be a self as mediator .
